I got my tonsils out a few days ago and it has been the worst pain i have ever felt...anybody on here have any experience/stories with tonsillectomies?
 
I had mine out a couple years ago...it sucks. Get super super high on roxi for two weeks and the major pain will be gone.
 
I still have mine, but hey're fuckin huge and the doctor keeps saying I should have had them removed, like its too late or something? Then it's like, well why the fuck didn't you take them out when I was younger? Fuckin retard

Can you get your uvula removed, or does it serve a purpose? Whenever I get sick that thing swells up so much its just chillin on the back of my tongue... weirdest feeling ever

Yeah my mom got it removed. Well she got both removed while she was in her 40's...

Fun fact: The uvula helps you make a bunch of sounds when speaking, English however doesn't contain any uvula consonants. So unless you plan on learning German, French, or that weird African clicky language, you don't really need it.

Other than that it's just there for gag reflex, so snipping it could have its benefits depending on which way you swing.

She had 2 uvulas....? That must be why she gagged so much

^ it wont let me double quote on my work comp for some reason but that interesting Tony. Don't plan on speakin another language though

No I meant she got her tonsils out and her uvula out at the same time.
