i'm writing a story for school. protagonist is a guy in the industrial revolution who gets his life ruined. Any suggestions for names?

we just had to do something like this in my ap us class... make him an irish immigrant named seamus clowes, an alcoholic steamboat captain.

you should make it something that blends in with the story like simon because if he gets his life ruined haveing a simple name makes the story less ironic, compared to a name like 'rambo'.
