Good Music

I'm deleting all my music and starting new. Any good suggestions for classic rock, "hard" rock, alternative, indie, techno/electronica and of course, some good rap music? I know NS has a pretty diverse preference for music and I want suggestions of all kinds, I'm open to anything.

also if you like instrumental-based rock check out Jeff Beck - Blow By Blow. Listen to the whole album on some headphones. One of the best instrumental albums of all atime.

Any Buddy Guy Trio live stuff is prime. What are you looking for? We could suggest everything from Robert Johnson to the Cocteau Twins, but what are you looking for exactly?

to be honest, I would be really surprised if most girls i've met liked listening to buddy guy or the cocteau twins, haha. i know i might catch shit for this statement, but whatever.

This thread is hilariously fail sauce.

How is she supposed to sift through all this when she doesn't even know the genre of the majority of these artists? Go post this same thread in Media and Arts and say what specific genres you're interested in. You'll get much better results.

I'm looking for everything. Nothing in particular. I listed the genres as a more of a guideline. So far I like a lot of the bands mentioned.
