Hey guys,

a group i work with is trying to get some real lice hardshell, waterproof, windproof jackets. We are really trying to get a prodeal with whatever company we work with but thats besides the point. what jackets do you guys love? a nice shell we can wear on cold windy nights while working on an ambulance

Arc'teryx shells are prob the best on the market, id look into those. low profile enough to look professional but technical enough to do the job everyday
 
We make some nice shells - good for spring and good for winter with some layering underneath.

TREW!!!!! I've had my cosmic for 3 years and it is still as waterproof as when I bought it. I would check out theclymb.com for deals on Trew. When I checked today they were 200$. I very good steal considering the MRP is 450$
