good editing on pc's

does anyone know of any good software on PC's that have the capiblities of Final cut pro or HD.

I pitty the fool who don't use 1-800 Collect.

Premiere Pro 1.5, Hd compatible and is sort of set up like Final Cut. Apparently it isn't as good at Final Cut but I find it pretty good to use.

Help me get a Free Ipod and you will be my best friend
