good digital camera?

Canon's seem pretty small and durable, though i don't have one it's what i wanted to get. They're all SS on the outside, so they look pretty sweet as far as cameras go too. Check'em out

yeh man, go canon, very flexible with all systems, plus realiable, awesome quality pics, movies with sound.

check out new powershot , s70

---------------

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.' I been sayin' that shit for years. And if you ever heard it, it meant your ass. I never really questioned what it meant. I thought it was just a cold-blooded thing to say to a motherfucker before you popped a cap in his ass.

ive got an olympus stylus digital... pretty sweet camera.. really durable, can get it wet and it wont die on you and it can survivce a few falls. takes pretty good photos too. check em out, little cheaper than a canon ELPH or something

picture quality and budget are really what comes to mind when deciding on a digi camera. If you are only snapping pics of people jibbing than you should only need somewhere around 2 mp, beyond that it gets expensive as the quality goes up.

depends on ur price range. I have a canon powershot s30, 3.2 megapixel and its awesome. if u have tons of money to spend get a digital slr, but something around 3 megapixels is fine. after that u cant really tell the difference unless ur really serious about photography.

Don't do what this guy said about Digital SLRs. They don't make your photos any better unless you actually know how to use it.

I can recommend Canon A-Series cameras though (A80, A75, A90 etc). I used an A70 all last year.

Also, include the cost of 4 AA rechargeable batteries (get high-capacity NimH batteries, mine would last me 6 hours between charges) and a high-speed charger. Total cost $60 Canadian for the battery stuff. If you got an A80, 128mb card and good batteries you'd have a sweet setup.
