Good bowl for skiing?

one of those metal ones? but really just keep a normal one in ur pack and its fine, i have a buddy that keeps a little 9 inch bong in his pack and a bottle of water for it
 
if you mean bowl as in smoking then get any bowl. If you fall you are falling on snow, fabric and flesh/skin. If you want a durrable as fuck bowl, get a glass bowl that has been blown out like 2 or 3 times. My friend threw his as hard as he could against a rock and it had a little scratch and that was it. It was blown out three times.

just got a chode. short fat and wont break when you fall on it, easy to hold on to with cold hands, and will most likely have a big old head that easy to pack nug in to in a hurried wood sesh.
 
anything thats smallish if your not carring a backpack... just put it in the right pocket(place you usually never fall on) and it wont break
 
Just grab a $10 glass pipe from your local headshop. It's not indestructable, but you probably wont break it skiing.
 
haha me too. mines bent at the neck though so it doesnt pull through as much.

and when i dont use that, i usually just grab my glassware and throw it in one of the inner jacket pockets. if you have a puffy, its super safe, and even if you dont it shouldnt break very easily.
 
this. my brother has been skiing with the same pipe for a shit ton of years. i will ask him what stone he made it out of
 
Im really considering buying a Glass Blunt.

Lighters are always the problem on the chair lift, and i have a 40$ pipe with a HUGE bowl, like a 1 gram bowl. Shits not practical for skiing. Something with a decent wind guard would be nice too.
 
yeah my friends got one of those works like a charm, i use to use it at work all the day, you also get a few hits out of it and its easy to pack

the solo pipe i have one. it hasd a bowl slide cover for pre packed dankness. lights itself. its mettal and refuleable. its fucking dank to say the least. i got mine for 50 bucks from a local head shop in vt. northern lights. it might be out of them tho. iv never seen anyone with one befor other than my self. its the most prime peice ofr skiing there is. it will not break ither!

id say any small bowl or chillum would do the trick, or grab a metal ciggerette case from your local head shoop, and pre roll a few j's
 
I should take a picture of the top of my thigh. I was out skiing and ate shit. Landed on my thigh just right with my bowl in my pants pocket. I could have swore I broke the glass, and the pipe had stabbed me. Turns out it didn't. But it somehow like took the top layer of skin off or something. When it was healing the top of my scab was like resin black......

But no resin got on me.
 
A stone pipe would prob be your best bet if you want it to be straight up indestructible, but a normal glass blown pipe shouldn't really break while skiing.
 
games are better than dutches!

every dutch ive had has been dry and poopy and needed lots o spit, every game is super fresh and needs minimal saliva
 
thats not my problem that either, you live in the hood and you get stale blunts, or whoever is rolling it, cant roll blunts. they work great for me
 
no i dont live in the hood... wouldnt the hood get fresher dutches i bet they go thru a lot more haha, but in the 2 states ive bought them in, they were always pretty dry. if they dont have games, them ill usually go for a dutch if i wanna unwrap he outer leaf, or a swisher if im just gonna cut it. i was just bustin your balls before
 
leave the glass at home and get a stone pipe. It's your best option. If you fall on glass it can break fairly easily especially because of the cold. Not to mention, do you really want glass shards cutting you when you fall on it? J's are alright, but only if you want mother nature smoking her fair share too. The wind just eats that shit up. Stone pipes are small and indestructible. I picked one up for $4.99 too.

Looks like I'm gonna have to hit up Northern Lights after going to the Ski Rack, I got my bowl at Full Tank on tax free day this summer, but I haven't been to Northern Lights.
 
either of the Selective Videos have them for $5. Selective Video 1 is off of the beltline on the south/west side. Selective Video 2 is on the north side off of highway 30 on a frontage road. Other good glass places in madison are knuckleheads and the pipefitter on state street. amsterdam is okay on gilman off of state. i forget the name of it but there is a place off of williamson street on the east side. then public enemy in sun prairie has a huge glass selection.
 
My buddy has a wood for specifically for skiing. It has a spot to hold weed, the top slides closed over the bowl. You can hit it with the top open or closed. So you dont have to kill the bowl, you can conserve, Its dope.
 
yea shits dope. works well if u keep it clean. it comes with a brush cleaner and a poker and a velvet case. 3 screens and a box.

i haggled them for a lil got it for a lil under 50.

its got a refule port for butane and a slide cover to be able to store a fresh hedds bowl of vt's finest in there. great for 1 hit on the lift on those cold days and then another next run with out repacking.

down side. cold days butane freezes a little and u must warm it up with ur hands liek a ipod.

yep. every one thinks there sick when u bust it out
