what is sum good anyviruse software

price is not really an issue unless its like 200 bucks cuz ill prolly just download it anyways but i need sum good efective stuff cuz iv had at least 3-4 bad viruses in the last 5months and one of them totaly fried my hard drive and i had to get a new one so im realy wanna put and end to this

 
i use nortons and dont have a problem... so times i have to turn it off to view vids but its easy so i dont have a problem with it... i also use spysweeper which picks up anything nortons might miss
 
nortons hogs a ton of recourses tho. i used to have it, but uninstalled it cause when i was running it i would have like 25% cpu usage constantly without doing anything else (i got a pretty good comp as well). my friend, who is really good with computers is also not a big fan of norton. anyway ill ask him and see what he uses.
 
ya, and Mcafee just all around sucks. I saw a mag review of all three and AVG got a 9/10, Mcafee for a 5/10 and Norton got a 7/10
 
ive got Norton Internet Security. its kinda pricy, but worth every penny id say. never had one problem so far. im about 7 months in to my subscription
