Good all mountain skis for pow and jibbing

karmas are nice, a little wide for me on the east coast when its icey, but for pow days theyve been SIIIICk and i havent hit rails but theyre nice on jumps. but if u ski pow more get something bigger
 
Karma, they are the perfect all mountain ski. they are fine on east coast ice. i rode them on early season ice and they rip like no other twin tip. 87 underfoot will be good in pow too. They are pretty stiff for urban jibbing, but doing urban on karmas is like entering a benz in a rally race. Theyre great for everything though, really quick in bumps and trees, rip groomers, they have a ton of pop if you're strong enough to load the tails. I highly recommend these skis.
 
what about the 4frnt msp are they good? i ski mt. baker so i want something to ski bad quality pow and hit the terrain park
 
msps are great for that, they power through tracked out or "crappy" powder really easily. I've had mine two years now and I love them.
 
i ride 182 moships mounted dead center, (these will never see any powder and are my park skis, thats why i did it) and they are sooo nice, they are realllly light and have good pop tyoo.

im completly take that back, the karmas are sick on east coast ice, ive realized that i love skiing on wide skis
 
chronic wides for sure. i'm on them right now and they kill it everywhere, everywhere! i've hear good things about karmas too
 
dude line messed up on the chronics supposedly and didnt make enough, my local store doesnt have any and cant really get any now
 
My Karmas work great as an all-mountain ripper, though at 165 pounds the 177's are a but much to manage in shitty snow.

The ski is very stiff with tons of pop, but the swing weight isn't anything special so they're not as nimble in the air as a lot of skis. I can pull 360's effortlessly on the 1080's and Chronics I demoed, but it's a concious process and more work on the Karmas, though part of that is also that I don't have the Karmas center-mounted.

The Karma really is an all-mountain ski for blending backcountry, groomers, and a dose of freestyle. However if you want a ski that's more freestyle oriented, from Volkl, then the Dogen is your ski.
