aright everyone, here's the deal. im new to the site, but deff. not new to the whole ski scene. anyway, i'm about 1 day away from purchasing my new k2 public enemys. i was wondering if anybody had any last minute advice. it'd be greatly appreciated.

right, i was a bit vague. i suppose i just want to see what kind of reviews people have on these skis. i've ridden k2's pretty much all my life and i love em. and the price of $350 is prob.the most im willing to spend as i've many another thing to buy. anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

 
no, no, im not going to pay $350 for the public enemys. im just saying that 350 is about that max i'd spend and i was wondering if i should go cheaper and get the public enemys or try and find another better pair of twin tips and spend all 350.

 
use the search function and search in reviews. Lots of reviews on that ski. hope that helps. godd luck.

 
yup but, dont be surprized when they eventually break under the right or left heal piece, happened to me twice, and a bunch of people i know

skia - the breaking at the mounting points was only from one bum batch the first year of production. other than that they're solid

oh i got a pair for the summer after ski season and they still broke but they might fo been old skis

my bro has the older public enemies and there still in mint condition and he beats the shit out of them

I've got last years, 03-04, 179, mounted +1, and I frickin' love them! I take them everywhere. And I ski mostly all mountain, w/ about 7% of my time spent in the park

 
where are you getting your pe's for under 350? and dont say ebay because i check there everyday. oh and good choice, I love my pe's thats why im trying to get next years.

 
yea ive seen Pe's for 400$ canadian thats about the cheapest tho
