For all you Rochester golfers, is anyone hitting up the golf show in the dome this weekend? I'll be there.

Not necessarily. I know some pretty shitty courses with greens that weren't built on sand, but that's beside the point. The course I was referring to likes to boast that the entire course, not just the greens, was built on sand

I love golf, I spend more on it than skiing. Take lessons during the summer at the closest TPC course with the head pro. Only been taking golf seriously for about 3 years now, so Im pretty happy.

im currently a 6.9 index (had a really bad summer last year) and play out of Bristol Harbour in Canandaigua. If any of you Rochester golfers are in the neighborhood over the summer I would be more than willing to play a round or two either at Bristol or anywhere in WNY for that matter.

im starting varsity for my highschool this year too, but no where near that kind of handicap damn. unfortunately im the only senior so i'm not sure how the teams going to end up doing this year. I love the game though, and especially playing for the school gets me free pass to play whenever on the course which is real nice.
anybody been following pebble beach??? im pulling for phil but I wouldn't mind seeing tiger win one for once.

my dad and i are big golfers come summer time he's pretty good and i'm terrible but i always manage to have a great time plus i get to do donuts in a golf cart so thats a plus

I'm pretty jelly of your guys Varsity programs. School sport here is a joke, golf in particular. My mate and I got dq'd from nationals for taking a nap in the woods off the 5th. It took us 8 hours to finish our round. His argument was that if they wanted us to not be hung over they shouldn't have given us a 7am tee

I played for about 9 straight years i liked it all the way up to high school then it became who can hit the ball the furthest. no one cared about their score or even aiming. I got pretty good i was a 1 handicap. I havent even held a club in 1.5 years yet i still keep my clubs just in case i get the urge
