Going to UVM? Wanna be roomates?

So yeah, apparently at UVM they just randomly assign roomates, which seems way too risky to me, I'm not quite willing to risk getting some freak for a roommate. So if anyone is looking for a roommate speak up. (I'm a very very neat person) Now as I write this I feel kinda weird b/c its like personal ads with dudes, but whatev.
 
I'll be getting an apartment in Burlington... but it appears as though you'll be living in the dorms so I guess it doesn't apply.
 
dont worry about random roomie. you dont have to be tight with them... youre just sharing a space to sleep. and 98% of the people that go to uvm will be completly chill.
 
On a related note, if anyone is looking to get an apartment in Burlington for either mid-summer or fall semester let me know. I have a friend who will probably be getting one with me but we need at least another person to make it affordable.
 
im going to the uvm honors college which is dope cuz my college counselor said i get first choice on dorms.

id think about it but im messy. and are u a marijuana pot smoker? thatd be nice.
 
Maybe it's just me but if someone whose online handle was "ax_murderer" asked me to room with him, I'd have to think long and hard before I came to a conclusion. Just saying.
 
i've been known to indulge in the gateway drug yes. A messy roommate wouldn't really bother me.

im going next year, too. also for the honors college. U heights are the brand new dorms where they house the honors college. being in the honors college you dont have to live there if you dont want to but they are by far the nicest rooms on campus.
 
its a nice campus in a crazy fun town. I don't know anything about the dorms, except that I don't want to get stuck in one with some weirdo who smells like cabbage.
 
it's really not that bad at all... actually i feel like its the perfect size, i see the same people every day, but at the same time i am always seeing new people, so its a good mix

ya and about the roommate thing, UVM screwed me over my 1st semester i got put in a forced triple, with my polar opposites, but ehh it either makes you or breaks you and it's all part of the college experience. i survived!
 
this has nothing to do with rooming, but since youre already there, what ski pass(es) do you have and how much are they costing you?
 
i got the Jay/ Bolton pass, which had no black out dates for $200

sugarbush was like $300

and stowe was really expensive with black out dates
 
i wanna take a good business program somewhere, anyone know how much it costs to take the course? i have been looking on the site.. but i cant find out the fee's and stuff
 
i live in u-heights now, its fuckin dope, too bad all non honor's kids are getting booted out for you honors college freshman...assholes. no seriously though uvm kicks ass
 
I got a random roommate at my school and he is one of the coolest people i have met. i will be leaving him next year for a different school
