Going to school in mankato

I'm going to Minnesota state and i was wondering if Mt Kato is worth it or not i've never been there.i was probably just going to make the trip to welch a lot but i'd like some input.
 
if u mean the ads, bills gotta be paid son, and i dont think bishop wants to fund the site through crack cocanie sales.

as for kato, it really blows, go to welch, or hyland, or spirt, or wild much better much more skiers
 
mt kato is what you make i. their rails are not always set up the best and jumps max out at like 20ft. but it's only like five minutes from campus. also theres been talk of the manager relenting and okaying a new park layout with more snow, so hopefully it'll be better this
 
david id just suggest welch i mean you know everyone there...everyone will be still skiing there...and plus gas is way down now so its not to bad...annnnnnnnd i don't know if kato has a deal for their pass but college pass at welch is 99$ might as well!
 
yeah on weekends and stuff drivin to welch or hyland or something is where its gonna be at, but for during the week kato is right there just to go shred for a few hours after class
 
well mount kato's terrain park might just rival that of bucks and afton alps this year. oooohhhh dream big.
 
i agree. mtkato's not horrible, they have ok rails, but the jumps suck. you can't really compare it to hyland or welch. so it kind of depends on how much you would go. like david said if you want some where to ride weekdays go to kato. but if you would rather wait till weekends and drive, it would probably be worth the wait.

fuckin a man, the dudes a dick. he suspended someones pass for two weeks cuz they stole a packet of cream cheese. true story
 
oh man this is your first post in a while. lots of down time in college eh? but yeah you should totally transfer next year. keep your grades up dude.
 
$99 Unlimited Season Pass for College Students here at Welch. The pass is available to buy until only Dec. 15. Buy it online and just bring a student ID with a picture on it or if your ID doesn't have a photo, just bring a copy of your class schedule.
