Going to revolutionize the ski industry

I'm sure most people have heard of anton skis since they have been around for a few years now, and i have to say they are definitely going to revolutionize the ski industry any day now.

These won't "take off" they may sell to a niche group of skiers like telemarkers but not gonna take over the industry.

These skis are aimed at people with terrible joints/knees. It's so an older, weaker person who's body can't take the abuse, can still get on a pair of skis. My shop had a demo pair, but I never took them out to try, mostly because they're $1800 a pair.

Skis for old people who can't deal and have enough strength on real skis. Don't get me wrong, not pullin' down seniors but those skis look effortless according to what is said.

i cant be sure...

profile is weird. member since 05 with no name changes, but also no NS friends. The weird thing is that the entire right side of the page is missing, aside from the karma thing. the friends box and name change box arent there though.

someone who is good at internet sleuthing needs to figure this out

my dad has been raving since he bought his volkl 5 stars in like 04 that they flex independent of the binding although these are next fucking level would love to take these for a spin on some groomers

Would love to try those. I cant see them revolutionizing the industry (all power to them if they do), but they look pretty fun.

the only people who will buy these are rich 40-60 year old white men who like expensive gadgets and modest carving on blue squares.

whoa there big fella.

1) you are going to be "old" one day as well. what will you be skiing on? vintage 2011's i presume to prove to the 2031 that you still have leg strength.

2) wayne wong looked pretty smooth on those boards..not bad for a geezer

3) betcha wayne would still look good today on his 1975 skis as well.....have you ever tried skis made 15yrs ago.....20yrs ago or 35yrs ago?

This is so epic!! And did you intentionally write in the "Sponsors" section of your profile " I have high friends in good places" ?!?? High Friends? Anyways whats the advantage of the suspension vs. a more livlely and poppier core?

I make no mistakes...my hair like my skiing is a site to behold (jk). To answer you question you have to ask yourself, how good of a skier do you want to be. If you are satisfied with being average, then stick to you generic beginner ski (otherwise called twin-tips).

But if you want to ski fast, and impress the ladies (afterall that is why we ski) then you need real skis.

My Rules -

Nothing under 195cm on powder days...wide and limited sidecut

On groomers - I like short and stiff with risers

In moguls - i like narrow, straight with a stiff tail

For my hair - I only use organic products

and I ONLY use a salt water filtration system in my hotub...keeps the ladies smelling nice.

But seriously...this site is awesome...keep up the stoke!

I check in once in a while - peace out
