going to denver

yeah what are the best resorts near denver. my sister and her soon-to-be husband are thinking of moving out there (for work) and when i hop on a plane every weekend to go visit them id like to know the best place to go

If hate were people, I'd be China.

the very best park riders will be in breck, but winter park is the closest (and still good). depending on where you live in denver it is about an hour to most mountains. shorter if you live in west denver (arvada, lakewood) and longer if you live in like aurora, northglenn, westminster, littleton.

basically all the mountains are an hour-ish, with breck, copper, keystone, and winter park having the best parks (each have their advantages and disadvantages). you can also drive a little further to vail or beaver creek. msg me if you want a more detailed description of any of their parks

Only in my sweetest dreams do my streams lack troubled waters, shallow pools full of shallow fools...

all the mountains are around an hour away. breck, keystone a basin, loveland, copper/vail/b creek is a bit longer, winterpark. all good

Vail pretty good for the most varied terrain. If your looking for specific types though, PM me.

The smart man does not know everything, rather the smart man admits when he knows nothing.

Copper is a chill scene, but i'm a big fon of loveland.

Hippi's don't stink: Patchouli does.

ok, now for the real run down on colorado ski ares.

Breck: Best jumps and pipe, can't really hit jumps and rails in the same line, not too many wacky rails.

Keystone: Most rails, decent pipe, weird jumps, night park

Copper: Jumps are ok, quite a few rails, decent flow, bad pipe.

Winter Park: Driving over berthud sucks, rails are lame, jumps are small, pipe is undervert and small.

Vail: Decent for jumps, pipe and rails, nothing special.

Eldora: Almost arrested me last year for hiking their pipe with no pass. FUCk ELDORA.

That's about the only places you'll be going to living in denver.

Hey bacon, my camera can beat up your camera in the dark.

How can you get arrested or even kicked out without a lift ticket?

The ticket is used only to board the chair lift, hence the term lift ticket.

Those guys are idiots.

they said it was theft of services because the pipe is man made. There was a cop there and everything it was lame as shit.
