Going to Carinthia tomorrow, opinions?

you picked probably 1 of the best days to go... 40's, sunny, day after a 10" storm, and no wind projected. Although it's gonna be busy as fuck with the rail plaza comp and it being the w/e.

Park is going to be prime and if you want to ski steeps'n trees it's gonna be fresh. Check http://carinthiaparks.com they have updated photos of all their parks for the most part. It's ill

Carinthia is so good right now. Nitro is sick. They have 3 smaller jumps and 1 medium sized jump at the end. Perfect rails and the lines are super flowy. At the bottom of nitro, you can go right into lower nitro where they have some assorted rails with a really nice dfd that is just begging to be disastered. If you go straight at the bottom of nitro, you can get to junkard and they have some really nice urban rails and the cliff drop which is so much fun.

Gulch is another option and that is their large park. The jumps aren't massive but they're big and they will get you the air you need to throw down. As for inferno, their xl park- their jumps are massive. I think they have some 60's and an 80 footer in there.

But anyway have fun- you'll love carinthia

Hot lap nitro to junkyard ferdayzzz. You get so many laps in as long as you ride the lift as a single. Even if you're there with some buddies, ride as singles 4 in a row you'll still save sooo much time.

As far as features, Carinthia has some quality shit. Watch the Weak and you'll get a glimpse of the setup. My personal favorites are the mini donkey in the top section of the junkyard and the double close out propane tanks in the south junkyard by the lift.

If you want jumps, the Nitro ones are fun a.f. and super easy- plus you get to show off for the lift.

The Gulch has bigger ones, like 4 or 5 in a row probs 25-45 feet. They're a bit scary but once you send one you can send em all every time.

I just wouldn't even fuck with the Inferno jumps unless you're certain you can handle them and you'd be alright with your season being cut short.

Have fun man, enjoy skiing one of the top 5 parks on the east coast!
