you can only bring a certain amount over international boarders. and when they give you those declare slips...you have to declare that your have food & beverage otherwise if they catsch you you get raped.

no, i dont think so...the postal shipper person may just put a lil sticker on it saying what it is... go to the local post office and ask what the deal is with international shipping of alc... or ask fedex
