Hello everyone, I'm going to Austria this Feburary, thats right, Innsbruk.

I did a little search on here about stuff, but eveything was pretty old. So time to start something new.

Whats the deal with the area, how sick it is? Wheres the best areas to ski and which areas got the sickest park?

if you have a rental car or some time to spend traveling, def hit up st anton. the skiing there is amazing and its not too far from innsbruck, prolly only about a 2 hour car ride or so. i drove to st anton from innsbruck for a day trip. thats where dumont, olsson, and boronoski filmed last yr. most of the mountains are good in innsbruck and there are a lot of mtns on one pass so you should be golden but take my advice, go to st anton for at least 1 day.

 
There are a lot of nice parks there, like silvretta nova, nordpark, the hintertuxer glacier and many others

I think there is a bus there one day, and I will be on it.

Any hardcore readers of FREEZE, who still have their old issues. In its least season, the guys did a travel guide thing, and I think there was stuff about Austria in there. Unfortunately, and it hurts to even type this, but, when I was out at Hood my room got cleaned and my mother threw out all my old freeze's so I can't look back for reference, so If someone could scan it for me, and send it my way, much love to you.

i went to Soelden last year and it was the bomb. Closer to Innsbrueck is Kitzbuhel, but not sure.

Anyway, be ready for the best apres-ski on the planet, man: the Austrians know how to do it right.
