I have a very old pair of Rossi Equipe1 7M Kevlar Mogul Extremes, 190, wood core, laminate const, etc... I'd like to bend the tails then use these as rock/hack twin tip skis for the backyard.

Does anyone know what the best method is without cracking the top sheet, etc...? Heat gun? Steam? Simply throw er in a vise?

Any info would be great,

Peace out

use the search function above and to your right. you'll find tons of posts on how to do it.

heat gun/blowtorch and a vice is how i would do it...... just make sure you don't toast the skis, just get em hot enough to bend without breaking.

yup thats pretty much it i've also heard that sticking the tails in a pot of boiling water (probably outside over a camping stove is the best) and let them get soft and than move on to the fire / heat gun and just find a way to get them to hold in the position you want while they cool otherwise they will just flatten out again

Work is like anti-hippie spray; they stay the fuck away from it
