What type of lenses are best for low light days? is there a lense type that works well in both low light and partial sun?

i have crowbars with blue iridium and i ski in central new york where every day is pretty much a low light day and i ski at night and its perfect again their oakley

oakley hi-intensity yellow or hi persimmon, pink iridium is decent, and clear is good at night, hi-intensity amber polarized
