im in the market for a new pair of skis and goggles. For the skis i have narrowed down my list to 1080's and scratch bc or fs, which one do u guys suggest. For the bindings, im pretty sure im gonna get look p12's. Goggles, i want proble a new pair of a frames or the wisdoms. I was considering triad regulators but too many people have them. I have a pair of a frames and like them and i think i will get a new pair of those but i am considering wisdoms, not sure if i like that vent thing at the bottom though. Any help would be appreciated.

 
Hey dude- go to powder.com and click on message board at the top. Under techtalk there is a nice discussion on oakley wisdoms. I too have the a frames and like them, you can't go wrong and you can get them pretty cheap.

For skis I would most definantely suggest the salomon 1080, but many will disagree. I am biased to salomon for unmentionable reasons, but I stand behind thier product because it's damn good. Scratch BC's I hear are good as well. Try and get what best suits your skiing style because both skis are good and you can't go wrong. Start to look at what kinds of things you want to use it for. Furthermore, adapt that concept to dimensions, lenght, flex, and even construction of the ski. Conclusion: buy which ever ski best suits your riding style, but in all biasseness the 1080 shall suit all riding styles!!

 
too many people have triads?!?! fuck, way to many people have a frames who can't ski.

both have great optics though.

if you have a helmet, I would highly reccomend the triads however.

as 4 the skis.... ROSSI SCRATCH FS!!! they r sick. Then again I havnt tried the BC or the 1080s. the 1080s r also supposed to be really good so i would just demo them all.

Hoked on foniks wurked fur me. kant u tel?

 
i know they aren't on your list, but i'd suggest some volkls, either v-legends or v-pros, both kick ass skiis

I am also considering the volkl, i like the design, i also just bought another pair of a frames (clear with fire lenses). I just wasnt sold on the wisdoms, i'll probly end up buying a pair if i like them.
