Goggle Thread

What are you currently using? Proper fit goes a long way towards preventing fogging so helpful to know what frame size works for you.

I've been using the Giro Axis the past 2 seasons & stoked on them. Nice medium-sized frame, high quality lenses that are quick & easy to swap

I’ve been using smith squad xls which do fine and haven’t had any fogging issues but are a little in the big side depending on your face size but you if you can get a good deal I’d say go for it

I've been a die hard Squad XL fan. Cheap and the lens are easy to swap and also cheap and they have amazing visibility. But I won a pair of Glade photochromatic goggles and I am super intrigued but the tint changing with the light conditions. Have not had a chance to ride in them but just testing them it seems like they are great.

i'm an oakley guy cause they fit me well and i'm always very happy with the lenses

you should try to see what fits your face well but otherwise i'd say check the sale sections of sites like Evo, high quality goggles are on sale for good prices pretty often and it's worth getting a nice pair since a functional pair of goggles is so important

Retro framed goggles are back in, anything shred, air blaster, joystick, or if you can find egvs. Don’t pay more than you have to on goggles and don’t buy Amazon goggles.

egv's were the shit i'm so sad they got discontinued

i’m using oakley line miners. nice wide range of view and sit pretty flat on your face. they are big though in my opinion but fit me really well. also the prizm lenses are really good and durable. go to your local shop with your helmet if you use one and try some on, there are so many good goggles out there!

yeah this is worth repeating, ideally you go and try goggs on with the helmet or hat you use. can make a huge difference, there are TONS of great goggles out there but lots of size and shape choices to pick from

Electric Kleveland goggle for the win. Classic, no bs frame that comes in a bunch of great colors on lens options. Highly recommend

Only problem is if you wear your goggles over your helmet the strap doesn’t go big enough

Past few seasons I had been jumping around trying each companies top stuff to try and solve a minor problem of not being able to see anything

Have zeal portals now with the photochromatic lenses and will never ever look back ever

How clear do the photochromatics go in super low light? And how are they as clear lenses? Glare reduction?
