Goggle Problems

I have some problems with my goggles. I never had a problem with them and then I was skiing and they started to get foggy so I switched to another pair. When I went and looked at my foggy pair at the end of the day, They were like smeared and had some sort of film or something that cant really come off.

Can anyone help me?

Thanks!!

do you wear a mask tucked into the nose of your goggles? my eg2s only stay clear if I leave my nose outside of my balaclava so that my breath doesnt travel up and fog the lens.

sometimes condensation breaks the seal in between the 2 lenses most goggles have the double lens and then the condensation gets stuck in between them and its very hard to fix it

This. Ruined my Oakley C-Bars from it.

Dab with a micro fiber very lightly and let air dry. NEVER wipe the inside of your lens when wet.

When condensation rests on the inside of your lens, it softens the fog coating. When you wipe the softened coating, it smears it deeming your lens garbage.

Ok what everyone here is saying is true, dont touch the inside of your lenses, they have a fog coating, blah blah blah. The real problem is probably because your goggles are not touching all parts of your face. NOT over a hat or a facemask. Try this, I think it might work. The coating is a backup kinda.

Thanks for the advise. I think they are completely ruined. They were Oakley Elevates.

Didn't pay a lot so that's a plus.

I guess it's time for new ones...
