Goepper Submits Nine Knights Video

Not a huge Goepper hater but it would be kind of disappointing seeing Nick take one of the spots, we see him do the same thing at every comp. I think this is the kind of opportunity for someone who may not be able to attend every other comp.

Oscar Wester also submitted a video to wannabe a knight. How come no one cares about his submission?

The contest allows video entries for a reason its not like its invite only and he posted this out of spite. The kid wants to go to the comp so he entered its really pretty simple. And isn't that why people become "mega pro" anyways to travel the world and ski cool shit like il Castillo. Or however that is spelled. Why would you want to make it into something negative

According to the Nine Knights website, anyone is allowed to enter, specifically saying "pros and amateurs". I am just surprised Geopper and Wester cared so much to try to get in this way. I guess it is a high profile event which looks good for your sponsors (maybe translate into a payday?) but I feel it goes against the spirit of the video submission spot of the competition.

You gotta be a miserable fuck to contribute to the Goepper hate. The kid is unbelievably good and he now has style. Stop crying and recognize talent, you whiny little park rats.

Wow, bitter much? The kid kills it and wants to try nine knights. Idiot.

I dont really understand the goepper haters tho... partly cause he grew up at a tiny mountain kind of like where i am but thats just me

Oscar won the Nine Knights last year. How did he not get an invite. If he or Nick doesn't get in then Maude Raymond doesn't deserve to go either.

Seriously, she is pretty decent skier and is kinda hot but at nine queens recap edit I only saw her hand plant a tiny quaterpipe and that was disappointing while other girls like Lisa Zimmerman were doing sw bios and cork 9s like a badass

I don't think there's any point to hate Goeppers entry on the video contest considering other "megapro"-status skiers having had done the same in the past. And the guy is a beast and would seriously slay the 9K course so why not?

When did his style change? still looks like a robot to me.

ok, this robot classification is starting to bug me. I just rewatched the vid and Goep is smooth as hell. What, just because he's not doing really simple tricks or wearing baggy clothes make him a robot?

I mean, doesn't this make Wallisch a robot? he lands perfectly, which is amazing, but no one calls him a robot. and if Goep lands perfectly, he is a robot? talk about fucking double standards.

the kid throws rocks at cars. isn't that stylish enough?

So i can't have an opinion?

Word. I don't get why everyone has a negative opinion on him.

Not at all. Again, not saying I don't like him. I think even if he was just given a spot that would be reasonable, but, I think the video spot should showcase some talent that doesn't have the same level of exposure as Nick.

yeah but the Nine Knights set up is completely different than a dew tour, x games, etc. I would actually be excited to see Goepper in Nine Knights to see what he throws
