God Damn Adapter Ring

My adapter ring for my fisheye is stuck on and its impossible to get off. theres no good way to get a good grip to unscrew this thing. not only i cant put other lenses on i can put a lens cap on, am i screwed?
 
try using one of those rubber pad thing to help grip when your unscrewing.Please don't strip the threads,then you will be fucked.

You need to evenly distribute pressure around the ring otherwise you flex it into a shape that makes it nearly impossible to remove. Grip it as lightly as possible.
