Im really looking into getting a GoPro, HD. I dont know a whole lot about them though. I want to know a few good things. Editing Programs that are best. Also, some tips and tricks. Basically anything that is going to help me out in the future. Thanks to anyone who can help, Dont mean to get people worked up or anything.
 
i was also debating on getting one, but i got the HD one and it was so worth it. once you get used to filming with it you dont even need a screen. basically point it where you want it to shoot and it will get it since it has a wide lens. i edit with a pc and use sony vegas 9.0. it works well and exports to an mp4 file, so your getting the most out of your quality. if your using a mac i reccomend final cut pro or final cut express.

a couple good things to know are to always go closer to the person your filming. i find that you might feel close but you really arn't and your shots are real far away. also get the pole mount (oviously)
