We got the standard, Helmet Cam, Pole Cam, Car Cam, Timelapse Road trip Cam, Jump into the pool and make funny faces underwater Cam, The Hold really low to the ground to make things look big Cam, and the ever so popular strap to my foot Cam. Not to mention the Oh, what is that thing? Oh, its nothing, hidden camera Cam. Any other ideas or uses for Go Pro's? Cuz summer is coming fast and I wana get some good use out of that thang.
 
Cliff jumping cam, waterskiing/wakeboarding cam, go to a house party with it on your head cam.....

I kinda want to get one when I go overseas and strap it to my helmet and let it watch me change truck tires or walk around the base, in the hopes of it catching something actually interesting
 
deffinatly do that bro, just bring one with, get some memory cards, some nice fat 32 gig ones, extra battery packs, and film. you could make a sick movie/film/artsy montage
 
I was thinking of getting multiple smaller cards, like 4 or 8 gb so in case I get in trouble for filming something "sensitive" and told to give up the footage I don't lose 32 gb of footage, and I can mail the cards home a periodic intervals that way too. (even 4gb of footage is quite a bit anyway)
 
yea, that makes sense, if you do it, let newschoolers know, and post it up, or have you parents post it on the web from home. I't would deffinatly be sick to do, and if you don't have the cam yet, go pro would probably give you one.
 
longboard works great, especially if you speed it up like 3x, it looks sweet!
also aquarium cam is quite funny!
or kite-cam (looks sick as aids!!)
or dog-cam, also quite cool!
 
Kite Cam!!! that would be hella sick, or balloon, like one of those RC blimp balloons, get some sick ariel shots, or pics. Deffinatly doing this one, but gota make sure not to let go of the string.
 
bumping this because I thought of another good one... M16 attachment? maybe put one on a 50 cal or 40mm nade launcher on a humvee? You could get some cool pwnage shots
 
Dog cam sounds pretty cool if your dog wouldn't mess with it.
Well besides any kind of action sport, including kayaking, mountain biking, sky diving, and whatever else you care to get a POV shot of.

How about birthday parties? Need both hands, yet have the helmet cam attachment? Strap on a Go Pro!

the facing ur face cam so u see as the viewer u see that face gesture and then as he walks by object u see what he mad the face gesture at
 
i know, austrian army, blablabla, but if i had been wearing a fucking gopro on my helmet, the absolut NEXT guy with a higher rank wouldve taken that shit. like not even a question.
 
To modify the cliff jumping cam:

Rig a parachute that will allow the cam to drop slowly. Angle the camera down towards the water. Drop the camera, let it fall for a few seconds. Then start jumping past the camera, so it gets a shot of you mid air, the catches you hitting the water. Would be awesome if you could get a shot of 10 people jumping in a row.

Paintball cam?

Slow mo shots of shooting pumpkins at a range (if you are willing to risk your camera)
 
merry-go-round? Last I checked they removed every one of those things from all the playgrounds near me. That and see-saws. Apparently, the newer generations of children are too stupid to use them without hurting themselves and others.

Crutch cam? My brothers on crutches, he could put it on the end of a crutch and film funny stuff.
 
if you've got a cat that you let go outside and then just come back whenever, strap it to the cat, see what it does for the day
 
haha yeahhh they replaced all merry go rounds and sea saws with boring sand boxes or nothin
and you could have a rollercoaster cam and watch different people freak out
 
Ahahahaha golden. My neighbor has a cat they let outside everyday, it greets me after school after I get out of the car almost everyday. Other than that, it sleeps and occasionally hunts stuff. I'd like to see it kill something through go pro cat vision.
 
if you mounted a gopro on your dog for a day im sure you could get some pretty sweet footy haha
 
we got in a fight because she wouldnt join ski team because she was too busy, so i said we'll see, so i put my macbook in my room and filmed her doing nothing but watching tv for 3 hours while i was at practice
