Go pro problem

So basically my go pro won't turn on.

I've tried charging it but it seems to be dead, like really dead.

any ideas?

try swapping out a battery with someone elses, and if that doesn't work, notify gopro.

I had this same problem the other day while filming. Take out the memory card and the battery. While both of those are out plug the gopro into your computer or charger. After u plug it in put just the battery back in and it should turn on or press the power button. It worked for me. Hope it helps you!
