Go pro help! please

my go pro says full on the screen. I emptied everything off of it on the computer. Still says full. No i cant even get into setting for some reason. it just gets stuck on the camera mode.

Help?
 
I had the same problem when using a mac. The mac doesn't delete the files just puts them in a hidden folder. try putting the card in a PC and deleting the trash folder. and then plug the go pro in without the memory card and do the same thing. Worked for me. and next time don't put the thread in ski gabber, unless you have skiporn on there and you want to post it on here:)
 
really ^^^ thats just not necessary. I would send gopro an email on their tech support page. They are very good at getting back to you in 48 hrs.
 
i have the same problem,and i only have a mac available... does anyone know how to fix this problem on a mac?
 
when in doubt take the battery out and put it back in..

that goes for the GoPro and the Mac
 
Yeah, after the transfer you have to manually delete by the camera. turn it on, and press the on button 3 or 4 times until you get the erase symbol. Then click the take picture button twice to confirm and voila!
