I figured that would be the response, but I was just trying to get some real opinions from people who aren't my friends or family, and get the word out. thanks guys :)

telling people to buy your shit with zero sales pitch other than "im selling hoodies and tees" isn't getting your name out, its spamming.

You could have at least attempted to tell us a story, maybe you want to raise money to buy new skis, maybe you want to become a fashion designer, but until you put a bit more effort into promoting yourself, this is just spam.

mmkay, here goes then... two weeks ago i tried to cork 7, landed on my side and got a concussion. my mother said that i can't ski park until i get a new helmet with mips. I'm trying to save up to get a giro ledge mips. but i cant really get a job right now with school and sports on the weekdays skiing on Saturday, and church on Sunday. I started this brand a while ago with hopes of saving up enough money to sell baggy snow pants and hopefully eventually sell skis. I just wanted people to buy my stuff cause of the designs, not becuase they read some stupid sob story on NS.

dude this is way better than saying "buy my shit" its not a sob story if its a true story, just dont lean into it too hard and nobody is gonna judge ya for it.

Straight up I'd say you're coming at this at the wrong angle. Get the people at your local spots wearing it. Get the lifties wearing it. People that know you. That's how you make it a thing and grow it. Otherwise its just words on a tshirt

If i was wearing one and somebody said why does your shirt say heavy, I'd be like "Idk somebody was selling them online and I bought one. Not sure what it's about". A few of my friends have been selling clothing stuff. My buddy at my local has been doing hats a few years now. All the lifties at our mtn have them almost. Probably the whole park crew too.The last year from people moving around and seeing them and people at other mtns have been ordering them. Sure maybe somebody has one and it's still just a hat but it has more of a vibe and culture than just something that feels random.

hosting a website costs like $5 and his site is some premade webstore shit that was prob free with the hosting.

Eheath in a storage closet furiously jacking off, belt around his neck, getting this guy to come up with a sob story he deems good enough for his kingdom. Just as he replies with a paragraph or two - the sweet release.

I'm selling hoodies and tees, dropping on valentines day so that all the people that don't pull can buy themselves something. Or buy something for your significant other. I don't really care

Yes. Therr advertising page didn't specify.

im not sure exactly what you are asking, but they don't take from any of my profits, the catch is that I use the free version which I can only post one picture of each item, and only 5 items max, and other annoying stuff like that.

Oh. So who is providing the raw materials and doing production of the items? Where does the money come from to start that? Unless you're using a dropship type of service? Startup costs are way more than a Giro ledge lmao unless ur dropshipping.

Then that brings me to my original question. What is your net profit on your $60 hoodie you sell?

um so everything is made to order, the pictures on the site are just mockups. I open the site for one week. when I get all of the orders I order los angeles apparel blanks at "wholesale" - which isn't really wholesale.(I can get the wholesale prices because i bought a business license a while back). I use los angeles apparel h09gd for the hoodie, which without a wholesale license and not on sale is a $78 sweatshirt. with the wholesale license I can get it for $37. I give them to my aunt who owns a screenprinting business and charge$6 each for the two-color screen print, so the overall cost is $43 per shirt. plus shipping for all of the blanks I buy. so im making about 15 dollars per sweatshirt. and a little less for the tees
