Minnestota's premier preseason Rail Jam is back for 2004!!!!

The 2nd annual GLX Rail Jam

Saturday November 20th

GLX in Burnsville, just north of Buck Hill on Buck Hill road.

$2,000 up for grabs, with some dope prizes for the crowd

The party starts @ noon, with the final showdown between snowboarders and skiers @ 3:00

we will have a sick rollercoaster rail as well as a dope 2 box combo set....

cruisin down the freeway tonight with 10 pipes bound together with bungee cords hanging 10 feet out the back of a dump truck.... construction begins saturday! mad props to Jamie from trollhaugen...

crowd prizes from Oakley, Ride (sell the board and buy some of our new armadas or 4fronts), M6, and more. Red Bull will be handing our cans like last year.

i dont know there might be a possibility but who knows it would be fun i dont think i will enter but i cant wait to see the skiers from the Midwest in there

 
i would be in it but i really aint that experienced in rails i can do like kinks and duh flats but noting fancy hehe maybe some day i will sure be up there to watch

 
i def wanna ski, i gotta manage to somehow get my waiver signed though

i talked to chris at GLX today and a lot of people are confused about this years jam. There isn't going to be any open skiing time for whoever wants to hit the rails this year. Everyone who is in the rail jam has been previously invited and/or are pros. So mainly if you haven't been invited you won't be able to hit the rails with out talking to chris directly in which case i still dont think he will let you. But definatly come check it out it will still be really fun to watch and just be around they got music, food, and riding. Also this year there is a snowboard/ski faceoff for the top three finalists in each catagory.

WARNING: Pregnant women should not take Zocor because it may harm the fetus.

I emailed them: Are people allowed to grind the rails after the rail jam?

and they said:

Sorry, not this year.

They will be moved to an as of yet undisclosed location where they will be able to be ridden throughout the season

i just went to glx tonight and they have the craziest dragon tail double pipe rail. i have a feeling i'm gonna have to take off my shoes to count how many people are injured on that thing tomorrow.
