Gloves or Mittens?

I am talking a nice warm pair. Which do you prefer, and why? Also, feel free to recommend any warm, durable gloves/mittens that are good for park skiing.
 
Well for sure mittens are warmer, but I find its easier to do grabs or grip my poles with gloves. Really comes down to personal preference.
 
Mittens are definetly warmer and if your gonna go with them look into companies such as dakine, empire, armada.
