Glitchy Videos?

Whenever I try to play NS videos, they glitch and don't play smoothly. It's only with NS videos, YouTube and Vimeo work fine. It's not on HD either. I always let the videos load completely before I watch. Anyone else having the same problem?
 
Safari 5.1.2

Mac OS X 10.6.8

Specs(Not exactly sure which specs, don't know computers that well)

MacBook Pro 15"

Processor: 2GHz Intel Core i7

Memory: 4GB 1333 MHz DDR3

If i'm missing anything, please let me know.

 
Yeah I've noticed that NS videos load a lot slower for me and my friends than Youtube and Vimeo too. I almost always need to buffer now, which is extremely annoying. It happens with whatever browser I use. I run Windows and my friend runs OS so it seems to be a universal problem.
