Glidecam or Really good fisheye?

i really need both and i have like 650$ to spend. and i was thinking since my cam weighs in i can get HD 1000 and a ok fisheye. or should i just go all out on the lens

Yes, look at the lenses. There's literally upwards of 6 brands that all sell the same exact lens with a different logo on it. Some call it a 6.5 and some call it an 8mm. It's the same.
 
he means that's gonna be a tough lens to shoot on a glidecam. it's gonna be "tight" and not wide enough
 
Jesus christ did you do any research before buying your camera?Honestly its hard to think that we actually were able to talk in real life.

Tight = ZOOMED IN

Wide = ZOOMED OUT

The higher the number (35) the tighter it is compared to the lower the number (6.8/8/11-16) the wider it is.
 
And what would those be?

depends on whether you want a fisheye or a normal wide angle. the 11-16 will give a lot better IQ but won't have the distortion that some people look for.
 
This is a cheap alternative to the full priced glide-cam...
fine for me and turned out just as good as a legit glide-cam.
