Glen eden riders...

so pumped for opening day, will be wearing a black billabong successive jacket, green orage masters pants, anon realms, 07/08 volkl ledges with dynastar troublemaker jib bindings...OMG anyone else hear the orage antitour is hitting glen eden???
 
Rome snowboards Pre-mature jibulation is going down on dec 21st.

Not sure if orage is setting up any rails, or just some little tent with stickers and such.
 
as opening day approaches and after realizing that rome is holding the premature jinnulation within one week of opening, do you think or does anyone that work at glen know if the park will be ope nor have sum features opening say?...i also heard glen got 3 new jibs, anyone know what are they?
 
II'll talk to one of my buddies who's working in the park.

But is their anyone from Burlington who would be able to drive up a few times during the week after school. I'd be willing to pitch for gas.
 
We are opening Saturday

& Sunday December 13th and 14th from 8:30am to 9:30pm. Then we will

fully open for the season on Friday December 19th. Lift tickets are $20

for this weekend!

We have 3 new terrain features.

A-frame rail

Triple shotgun

how was opening day? how were the 3 jibs they had set up?unfortunately i couldnt go becasue i had to send my boots into warranty becasue the liners ripped out all along the seam but new boots do sound nice..anyone have any pics from opening?
 
It was actually not too bad. The triple barrel was quite fun.

Talked to the park staff and they said we were getting some new stuff this year, like a D-F-D. That's neat.
 
anyone going give me a shout, all be wearing my all brown oakley standard suit, last years ar6s 181 and a light brown bern helmet since my new shit hasn't come in. I'll probs just end up skiing around because I'm going with a buddy who doesn't freeski.

so my buddy who i usually ride with ditched on me for tmmrw (tall tee tuesday :P) to go hit a jump at a golf course instead..so if anyone is going to be there just call me out, names nick..
 
I couldn't get there today ( monday ) but I'll be heading up on tuesday for sure. I'll have a white foursquare jacket with different color stripes, brown oakley standard pants, oakley cbarz and last years ar6's. Name is tyler, holllaaaa
 
I'm going to be buying a new camera in the next few days, if anyone wants I can shoot them for a bit, just to play around with my camera. Let me know, and I'll hook you up with my cell number or something.
 
well these warm spell cetainly turned glen to SHIT!!!!!....does anyone know if they have anything up again because when i went on tuesday night everything was down and it sucked.
 
UPDATE:today they had 3 new rails set up, which i couldve made myself, they were shit, they had a rainbow box with the biggest bombholes in landing it was impossible to slide 90 and pop out to normal or switch because the bombhole was snowboard width, they also bought these 2 stupid up flat rails about 5 ft in length, no lip on just like a stick in the ground stupidest shit ever...the had they down rail and the a frame set up pretty nicely minus the snowboard run in hole that was pressured into the landing and a big tire tap..it wouldve been ok if park crew would have actually fixed the lips and landings up which they didnt so it wasnt good at all
 
I was there but with a broken helmet I can't do much, and Im too broke to afford a new one and some poles which got stolen :(
 
I'm probs going tomorrow night with my camera. I'm just going to shoot random skiers and hopefully get a few good shots and ill but them up here

i thought i was the only one on this boat. well technically, i'm not, since my friend skis, but he doesnt even like hitting park because he cant do anything, yet he wants to hit the park. so dumb.

a few of my friends do ski, but if they come they dont wanna hit up the park.

but yeah i dont mind skiing on my own, i just throw on some tunes and shred

where ever i like and do whatever i like

i just hate it when i go to eat, cause i seem like such a loner just sitting there

by myself.
 
^^^^ same deal here, i ride alone alot...ride k2 fujatives and volkll ledges, beige orage pants, green orage pants and usually black billabong jacket with eg1s or anon realms..lots of stickers on my helmet..names nick, holla or throw a snowball
 
dude just for saying that, once i get my ledges, i'm gunna throw a snowball at you. my name is Paul btw. green and blue striped sessions jacket, light blue spyder pants, and hopefully some ledges soon. if not then skiboards...for now.
 
i heard its been close due to them snow-groomers running over a electrical wire or sumthin thats why the lights doint work either

couldn't get up today due to work but i was wondering if the park has changed since last Saturday. Might get up tomorrow so if i'm there and u see me, holler.
 
if anyone is from Oakville they should check-out the hill by the lake(the one with the OAKVILLE sign) i made a jump there its ok, u can throw 3s and mabye 5s

im going there again tomorrow (sunday)
