I think ski movies are sick and i have a bunch of them but at $20-40 bucks a movie is kinda crazy. i am thinking of just using my dvd burner and sending them to people because they are fun to watch or just trade them with my friends when i get sick of the movie. this isnt really going anywhere so i am going to stop now

The stupid part is, that the only way to drive movie costs down is if a whole bunch of people buy them, including you!

Yeah prices will go down if more people buy them. Also if you pay over $25 for a ski DVD you are getting ripped off.

Yeah you shouldn't rip them off. There just a bunch a people that love to ski and make movies. They are not rich, they have to buy film, equitment, guides and rent choppers. So just buy the movie. Its just skiers helping skiers!

you are gonna fuck everybody over, the ski industry is so small that you seriously do have an impact on the companies by doing this!!!!!

and to come on here and tell everybody about it is just fucking stupid. If i hear about anybody stealing ski movies i'm gonna track them down and beat them with my damn crutches!!!!

I copy movies from my friends. But I don't consider it being a bad thing because at 30 bucks a movie I wouldn't buy it anyways.

 
yeh man i got my dvd of high society for 20 and my dvd for propaganda for 12. i think the prices are starting to go down, but not on the companies websites.

buy the from the little companies like WBP, CTP, CPP, SkiBum just to name a few... their movies are as good, and cost aroun $10

yeah seriously, the cost of the movies are crazy... like skiing movies are not that well known but when you sell them for like 40 bucks that steep. I mean if they were like 10 I think more ppl would buy them

 
Seriously who pays $40 for a ski movie. Just wait a month or so and buy it from best buy or some local store and it shouldn't cost more than $20. I agree we should support the smaller companies also but the quality of their movies isn't even close. But hey that's why they need money right?

i have ski movie one and two but as for propaganda and those cool ones i can never find them

don't rip off the ski movies they're not big ass corporations that make billions a year, iff anything save your money for the ski flicks and burn big screen movies instead
