Giro Shiv

I just bought the Giro Shiv from my local shop, and when I was there, they said you could take the earpads out. But now that I have mine at home, I can't seem to take them out. Does anybody have this problem? Or if you can take it out, can you tell me how you do it, because I really don't know how? +K for any help.

On most giro helmets you have to slip the straps through the loops on the ear pieces, then they pop out very easily. If worse comes to worse, take it back to the shop.

Thanks for the help, but I finally got it. It was just ridiculously hard to pull out, much harder than my old Giro Encore.
