Giro Ledge or Giro Emerge for Freestyle skiing?

Personally I chose the Ledge, but it doesn't really matter as long as it's protecting your head. Also make sure it fits nicely with your goggles so that you don't have a Jerry gap. Safety should be your number one priority though so if you are going to get one of them invest into getting the MIPS versions of the helmets as they should jeep your head safer.

You absolutely want to hit the double diamonds on blades. Besides the double blacks at Heavenly are like blues at a lot of other spots with the exception of the terrain of Mott Canyon.
