I'm guessing these are used helmets. If you know anything about helemts you would know this is very unsafe because the foam goes bad after just a couple falls. It even says on the warning labels to replace the helmet after you have fallen.

read the second description..."never used." this is just a guess, but i'm gonna say that means he never used it. if you knew anything about reading you would know that he said that in his description.
