i'm thinkin about gettin this helmet but i was wondering how you put ur goggles up. does the visor slide up or something? or do you have to push your helmet back then rest your gogs directly on ur forehead? cuz it seems like that would be a bitch....

hence the reason I don't use visors. seriously, they don't keep the sun out of your eyes, that's what goggles are for

Push the helmet up or take your goggles off or put your goggles around your neck. There are many options. I ended up putting my goggles on top of the visor alot and having the goggle fall off the back alot too.

I have a 9.9 MX, so I assume it's the same.

There are three screws: two on either side of the helmet, and one in the middle that allows you to adjust the height of the visor. Remove the middle screw. The visor will stay in place (where you want it) if the side screws are reasonably tight and when you need to put the goggles on the helmet simply push the visor up as high as it can go and put the goggles underneath.

It slides up a little, but not much. You can put it on the visor, but the goggles may fall off a bunch of the time. If you don't mind wearing them under, and putting them around your neck, then go for it, but i just find that way too uncomfortable.

I have the 9mx and seriously never ever have an issue just putting the goggles on the visor. Don't think I have had them come off more than once or twice.

Really isn't that hard...

^yeah i think the screws would come loose after a while though and itd be annoying to tighten them all the time, when i had the mx i just kept everything tight and put the gogs on the visor

but its not for keeping the sun out. mainly for channeling tree limbs away from your face so it doesn't smack you in the goggles. also during a heavy snowfall it does create a wind flow that keeps the snow off your goggles...sort of.

as for me i don't wear the visor anymore, but when i did i just balanced the goggles on the visor. had to make the strap stretch little more then it should though..
