im thinkin about buying this helmet (if u want to sell urs msg me!) and i was wonderin about the visor. can u take it off easily? like just unscrew it. and does it break easy cuz i tend to fall on my face quite a bit. i also wanted to know if it is comfortalbe and looks cool.

 
i have one, its pretty pimp, my only suggestion would be if you got a little extra cash, and are willing to have a helmet thats a couple of grams heavyer, get the fuse mx, its the same as the 9, just with on the fly venting which helps out a ton for the upcoming spring. other then that, the helmet rocks, the visor does hep keep the sun out of you eyes, plus its easy on and off, and if it does break, which i doubt that it will cause its flexy plastic, you can by a replacement. overall, its the best helmet on the market in my eyes.

you can 'convert' one, cuase the mx models have t nuts in the helmet that you can screw screws into.

how do oakley aframes fit with a giro 9 mx?

i assume you can't, but is it possible to put a visor on the fuse?? the fuse is better, but the visor is pimp, so itd be cool if you could combine the two....-Oz

 
I think the fuse is ugly and way to flashy get the 9 with a visor its sick you can take out the vents so during spring you gust take them out......I dont know th 9 is mellow

 
yea, does anyone know if i can get a visor to put on my fuse, i know Red makes them for their helmates... does anyone know where i can get a visor that wouldnt look retarded on my Fuse?

I have the Giro 9 helmet and it is really nice and light. The thing is so light it is like wearing nothing.

If the women don't find you handsome... atleast they'll find yo handy.

get the giro flint sc. it is really nice and has a big visor. i have it and love it.
