Girlfriend new ski buying (with saucy pictures of said girlfriend)

OOOOONLY joking on the pictures but hopefully the thread will get more hits:

Looking for a pair of skis for present for my girlfriend.

Stats: Height 5'8. Weight 130lbs. Athletic (like professional dancer) Intermediate skier, looking for her first pair of twin tips

She skis: 60% all mountain : 40% park (just started, in indoor ski halls in UK)

Ability: cruises all pistes with good technique, can slide a box sideways, learning 180 on bunny jumps, some (tearful) off piste experience with me, can ski some steeps when pushed but she doesnt charge off piste.

Only pair of twins shes skiied are some of my clubs 151 09/10 mai tais which she loved but were redic short for her.

What I'm considering:

159/169 10/11 missdemeanour + squire £314 = $480

159 09/10 miss conduct with nxt 11 bindings £201 = $310

161 mai tai with nx11s = £312 = $480

157/171 liberty jinxes (would LOVE 164 but you just cant get them in UK unless you buy from liberty dealer and the're like £380 flat ski = $580, can get 171 for about £180 = $280

164 06/07 missdemeanour with nx11 for £182 = $280

I'm mega busy with work so all shopping will have to be done on internet. Price is important as am skint at the moment and she will also be getting skiing holiday for her (my) christmas...

so +K++ for help and advice on length, experience on skis especially the new missdemeanours... etc and any other choices I could consider?durability etc. Cheers in advance!!

 
Other options are :

line shadow 07/08 in a 157 or 167 + nx11 for £216 = $330 us or

line shadow 08/09 in a 161 + nx 11 for £246 = $375
 
She's about the same size as my Girlfriend, and I'm getting her new skis too. I'm personally going with 10/11 K2 MissDemeanor's in a 159 (but that's mostly cause I can get a sweet deal on them). But, you are looking for the right sizes, high 150s-low 160s is where she'll want to be. As far as which ski, you might want to go with something around high 80mm-low 90mm since you ski all over. I'd say go with the MissDemeanors (year doesn't really matter - this years is rockered, so that's nice, but otherwise they're pretty much the same) or the Mai-Tai's if you already know she likes them.

Do you happen to know if K2 girls skis run short or long? I'm pretty much torn between the 159 and 169 missdemeanours now, i just feel 159 sounds pretty short!
 
They're about 3cm longer - so 159cm is actually closer to 162cm - which should be perfect. Also remember, most girls ride with shorter skis because they're center of gravity is lower and they're usually lighter - so what seems short to you, isn't actually that short.
 
my gf has 171 ARW's and shes the same height/weight as yours...i'd get the libertys in 171 they're great skis

Pretty stoked on the new missdemeanours then, has anyone seen / held the new rocker profile, and therefore effective edge on them?

Thanks man! Yeah they look like a sweet, ski and an amazin deal, just shippin to the UK would be super expensive, could buy them new for the difference!

I just did the same thing for my girlfriends birthday yesterday, except bindings, they'll have barons going on for christmas.
