i don't know dude...be careful would be my advice. doesn't sound like you know her super well and you say she's flirty...i'm just saying, yeah she's holding your hand and clinging to you when you're around, but for all you know she's sleeping with some other guy on the nights you're not. yeah...i know...that sounds unbelievably cynical, but i've been there and IT SUCKS. so for your own good, be careful. get to know her well before you do something you might regret.

ok yes you make like her, but my guess is ur 16 and its mostly sexual attraction. If shes holding ur hand and shit just fool around with her and let that be it. Plus its better not to be in a relationship. Just mess around with her and if she really wants something she'll come to u. No worries. If she wants to fool around just let her. Finally don't be a pussy girls want it just as much as guys do.
