Def not fake, many many airports in outside the US let you get waaaaay close to the runways. Sometimes too close.
 
I've been here! They have to do high performance takeoffs because the runway is too short. Hence the brakestand and cranking the engines..ahhaha.
 
i'd go there, latch onto the fence with my hands then achieve liftoff with my feet and pretend i was flying hehehehe
