download MPEG Streamclip. Go to the youtube video page, press control, option, A. That lists all the active processes. Download the biggest file on there. It will show up as Get Video. rename the file to .flv at the end when your done downloading it, open it up with MPEG streamclip, convert it to whatever format you want and whaaaala!
