Getting to Cypress from Horseshoe Bay?

Hi there i live on vancouver island and me and some buddies are gonna hit up cypress this weekend but dont know what bus route to take. we're not very familiar with the main land and was wondering if anyone would know how to get there form the ferry terminal?

From Horseshoe bay ferry:

Take the 257: Vancouver express

Get off at Park Royal (shopping mall, lots of people get off here)

Walk East until you hit the first intersection (Taylor Way and Marine Drive)

Cross the road, the Cypress shuttle comes from the South West corner of the intersection. People probably waiting there with ski shit already. Schedule here: http://cypresscoachlines.com/site/?page_id=3 $6 each way

would kinda suck if that's the only way taking those buses would take forever, it's so close to HSB maybe just look up what a cab would cost?
 
I was curious and googled it, would be about $42, and those buses would be 8.50 each, so you do the math and also figure that a taxi would be waaay faster
