Dude its not that hard. Just go to a post office, by stamps, and send your letter.

You don't need extra stamps just send it and if comes back with stickers then you're set. Thats what I did and I have a bunch of stickers now.

I dont understand. You live in Canada, you get NS stickers from Canada. Why would you need US stamps? Its not going there....
