Getting my belly button pierced..

I'm getting my belly button pierced for my 16th birthday :) any ideas to help ease the pain because i have the lowest pain tolerance!

also what do you think about belly button piercings?
 
If you're hot then they're hot. If you're a fatass then it will focus more unneeded attention towards your belly.

I got mine done a couple months ago. It seriously doesnt hurt at all! You'll be fine. Make sure you eat beforehand and breath normally. Have someone hold your hand or something. But honestly, I regret getting mine. It hurts for at least a week after and it's annoying now because it's the middle of me, you know? so it gets in the way of a lot of things I do. If they pierce it with a CBR, keep it in, I took mine out and it was so much better than the barbells. Also, it heals better with a CBR.

everything about it sucked, the initial stabbing of my belly button, funny looks in the bathroom and last but not least my dad ripping it out yelling "no son of mine is queer"
 
Do you have your ears pierced? I thought getting a nipple pierced hurt less than that, but I have a pretty good pain tolerance. See if they'll numb the area with an ice cube beforehand.
 
ya i have my first piercing, second piercing, and my cartlidge pierced on one ear and those werent bad at all!
 
i hate piercings, and i have a very high pain tolerance. piercings hurt like a sharp pinch initially, then a bit irritating when the jewelry goes through, and then it'll potentially be sore for the rest of the day and be sensitive to the touch for a few days. on another note, i don't agree with piercings under 18 even accompanied by an adult, call me stupid or a bitch, but it's the case. generally can have a lot to do with your body still growing, but i know nothing of navel piercings. only know that a lot of shops here aren't keen on doing it.
 
I feel like every 15 year old girl wants their belly button pierced. its cute, and what not but I personally dont like mine that much anymore because everyone has one. its your body. oh, and it doesnt hurt that bad.
 
yeah i got mine pierced when i was 22. didn't hurt that much. just clench your fists and bite the collar of your shirt like how you bite the pillow when he goes in dry
