Getting music off ipod

So i want to get some music off my ipod but need a program to do so, does anyone have suggestions? and yes i used google but i want to know what works best.

ipoddisk. run it and your ipod will show up as a disc on your hard drive. folders are organized by artist, then album.

you dont need a program, just make hidden folders visible, open ipodcontrol thru my computer\user's ipod, open up to the music folder or whatever, and copy and paste to my music folder. then add the whole folder in itunes, otherwise the titles will be in code
