Getting more height out of the pipe

I can only ever get like 2 feet out of the pipe. Part of it is because at our local hill is a bit undervert, but i still can't blame it on that. Please tell me how to get higher out of the pipe. CR Johnson or Candide Thovex maybe you could respond to this....

hold ur edge on ur way in, the whole way until the flat and just puuush the wall on ur way in, u should expload into the flat, then all u have to do is pop upwards offf the top of tthe wall

have someone at ur hill show u a good line

 
I tend to pop to late or too hard off the wall which ends out with me face down in the flat bottom...

there are two ways, one is natural progression, each day you'll get more comfortable and you'll be able to boost. OR, you need to examine one spot of a single wall, and hit it all day. get comfortable with this one hit then charge it.if its under vert youll have to pop harder with the more speed you bring at it. it really is like a math equation.

the KEY to high speed in the pipe is keeping your legs stiff through the transistions, only pump the flats, and then its a matter of keep light pressure on the front on skis on the walls and releasing right at the lip

carry a lot of speed into the pipe drop in high up on the wall then pump the tranny and pop hard if ur pipe is undervert. It all depends on carrying momentum from ur first hit all the way down through the pipe. You need sharp edges too so you can keep momentum carving from hit to hit

Yea I used to have the same prob but I just grew another nut thought I was superman and pumped those walls like a penis enlarger and now im getting 10+ ft out just pop out at the last moment and look at where ur going to land and then pump down the wall and then just ride up the next and then repeat the situation. Hope you go big bro.

id say dont even bother trying if you just have a regular half pipe unless its perfectly carved and groomed every day but if you have a superpipe than just keep your speed and pump the tranny n pop the right amount at the lip

and definitely stand through out it so you dont get sucked in on the way down or suck up the lip on the way out

 
speed is everything. Skate towards the pipe. As you go into it, ramp off the top into the wall. You don't want to drop all the way down.. it'll slow you down.. stay low as you drop in, stand up, get ready to pump and pop off the wall.

A lot of people try to turn to soon...while simultaneously popping hard, which leads to nothing spectacular. Take an angle out of the pipe that is almost straight up, dont speed check, hold your edge and turn in the air, not on the pipe wall.
